Pierre Laprée is the Chief Product Officer at SpendHQ, where he blends deep procurement expertise with entrepreneurial vision to shape industry-leading solutions. Known for his pioneering work building the very first Procurement Performance Management solution, Pierre brings a product-first mindset grounded in real-world procurement challenges and a passion for solving problems others overlook.

Pierre’s journey into procurement began unexpectedly—while working in IT project management for The Adecco Group, he was tapped to help select a new eProcurement solution. That project sparked a curiosity that evolved into a calling. He went on to lead global IT procurement, and later oversaw procurement process, performance, and technology initiatives. That experience laid the groundwork for founding Per Angusta, a breakthrough solution that helped define an entirely new category in the ProcureTech market.

Pierre holds dual master’s degrees in business administration: one from KEDGE Business School with a specialization in Information Systems, and another from Laval University, focused on eBusiness. He is also a member of the Galion Project, a leading think tank for tech entrepreneurs in France and the U.S.

Daniel Johansson, Global Head of Procurement Strategy and Excellence at CSL, is an accomplished procurement executive with a passion for driving transformation across business processes in Procurement, Finance, and HR. He has a proven track record of delivering both large and small-scale transformation projects, achieving significant savings and process improvements. A motivated leader with a can-do attitude, Daniel is recognized as an effective communicator and change agent with extensive experience in setting strategy, as well as building and managing shared business services across multiple regions and business areas.
