Founder of Moneyball CPH, a boutique consultancy that specializes in digital procurement. Before that Jacob was Head of Digital procurement at Maersk, being responsible for driving a digital transformation of the global procurement function by both defining the digital road map, but also being the owner of the implementation and realization of the benefits. Also, Jacob is the author of "A Practical Guide to E-auctions for Procurement" which is considered the leading book on the subject of applying e-auctions for market driven negotiations.

Sherif Eskandar

VP, Chief Procurement Officer, PepsiCo Europe

As VP, Chief Procurement Officer at PepsiCo Europe, Sherif Eskandar brings over 24 years of expertise in strategic sourcing, sustainable procurement, and supply chain transformation. Since joining PepsiCo in 2013, he has held leadership roles, including Global Procurement VP and Market Supply Officer for Europe. Prior to PepsiCo, Sherif led procurement teams at Nestlé. Sherif is known for driving innovation and sustainable practices in global procurement.

Karin Hagen-Gierer is a global business executive with over 25 years of experience in Procurement, Supply Chain, and Finance across the FMCG, Pharma, and Packaging industries. As a strategically driven leader, she has successfully designed and implemented large-scale transformation initiatives to accelerate value delivery and cost reduction. Karin is known for her ability to engage and align complex stakeholder networks, mobilize cross-functional teams, and drive sustainable results. Passionate about sustainability, digitalization, and supplier innovation, she is dedicated to developing high-performing teams and positioning procurement as a key value driver. Currently, she serves as Chief Procurement Officer at Sandoz.

Jakob is the co-founder and Managing Director of Archlet, the Swiss-based strategic sourcing software company. With an educational background in Robotics, Systems & Control from the renowned ETH in Zürich, Jakob combines deep expertise in data science and artificial intelligence with a passion for revolutionizing procurement processes. Before founding Archlet, Jakob gained valuable experience in IT consulting, project management, and advising robotics projects in the automotive industry. He is committed to helping companies make better, faster sourcing decisions through intelligent, user-friendly software solutions.
