Elaine received her Bachelor of Technology in Production Management from the University of Limerick, Ireland and her Executive MBA from HEC, University of Lausanne.

She is a Product Manager with 20 years multicultural & multifunctional experience. She has lived and worked in Ireland, Germany, the USA, Italy, France and Switzerland. Industry sector projects include automotive, power-sports apparel, professional coffee machines, and ITC, at both large multinational and hi-tech start-up companies. 

Roles in creating value for customers have encompassed the full product life cycle; product and process design and implementation, quality, managing complex new product launches, demand forecasting, product portfolio management, strategic planning, driving product marketing and managing customer and supplier relations. 

As Logitech's Chief Operating Officer, Prakash Arunkundrum is focused on the operational and organizational effectiveness of the company. His areas of responsibility span Logitech´s Operations including global manufacturing, worldwide supply chain, sourcing, customer experience and quality operations. Prakash is also responsible for driving the strategy and execution of Logitech's Environmental Sustainability initiatives and advancing Logitech's sustainability commitments across its worldwide operations and products. He also oversees Corporate Strategy and M&A.

Prakash was named COO in 2023 and formerly held the position of Head of Operations and Sustainability. Prakash joined Logitech in 2015 and has previously held executive positions as Head of New Product Introductions & Strategic Initiatives and Global Sourcing. Prior to Logitech, he was a principal and director, respectively, at management consulting firms A.T. Kearney and PricewaterhouseCoopers where he focused on driving gross margin improvements and operations transformations for several technology companies. Prior to his management consulting career, Prakash held senior product management and consulting roles at several supply chain services and software companies.

Prakash holds a Bachelor's degree in Chemical Engineering from Central ElectroChemical Research Institute (CECRI) in India and a Masters in Materials Engineering from University of Maryland at College Park.

Francesco Bassoli joined Amcor in January2021 as a VP of Global Procurement. In this role his responsibility is to master the Procurement function, and drive it to a best in class performance. Amcor procurement is built as a matrix organization in which the category team and the business team work in coordination to drive business value.

Prior to joining Amcor, Francesco gained international operational experience at Alcoa , leader in aluminum production, in several commercial roles the last of which being Chief Procurement and Supply Chain Officer. In this role he has demonstrated capabilities to transform the procurement function and drive performance to the top quartile benchmark.

Lukas is the co-founder and Managing Director of Archlet, the Swiss-based strategic sourcing software company. After studying Supply Chain Management at the renowned ETH in Zürich, Lukas was intrigued by the challenges posed by large amounts of data for modern Procurement teams. He now works relentlessly to provide customers with a seamless solution that empowers every Procurement pro to drive value for their organization.
