Before his current role, Travis began his career in account management within a personal care and nutrition company. Tamer Doyuran
Transformation Director - Digital Procurement, PepsiCo
Tamer Doyuran is the Transformation Director – Digital Procurement at PepsiCo, where he is part of the Global Strategy and Transformation team. With over 15 years of experience in direct and indirect procurement, strategy, and procurement transformation, Tamer brings deep expertise and innovative thinking to his role.
Prior to joining PepsiCo, Tamer held leadership roles at Unilever within the Procurement Strategy & Insights Team. There, he spearheaded key strategic initiatives in procurement transformation. His earlier experience includes managing procurement for soft commodities and ingredients, global business services categories, global procurement transformation and insights teams.
Tamer is known for his strategic mindset and transformative leadership, often driving long-term, high-impact procurement initiatives. His professional mantra—“Find the path, embrace the challenge, and transform to the next level”—reflects his belief in applying the right effort, focus, and brainpower to solve any problem.

Walter Charles
Former GM CSL Plasma, 7X Fortune CPO
In his first year as General Manager (GM) of a 17,000 employee division of a $85 Billion dollar biotechnology company, Walt drove an astounding 31% growth enabling $1.7 billion in incremental sales, $11B in market cap expansion and $450 million in profits in a single year. Prior to his GM role, Walt was a 7-time Chief Procurement Officer (CPO) at six Fortune companies, where he led 5 procurement transformations to savings increases of between 150 and 299 percent from the prior year. Spoiler Alert, the secret to his success is optimization.
Companies where Walt has held a CPO title include Johnson & Johnson (2), Kellogg’s, Kraft Foods, Biogen, Allergan, and CSL Behring. In his first deal at J&J, he helped the franchise deliver $500 million in incremental profits; achieved record setting savings of $100 million and received a coveted President’s Award. In 2015 and 2020 he was intimately involved with both the Kraft/Heinz and the AbbVie/Allergan acquisitions totaling $103 billion in transaction value. In his first full year at Botox maker Allergan, he led his team to deliver $299 million (up $199MM YOY) by implementing his proprietary stakeholder intake orchestration platform. At CSL Behring, his team achieved $206.85 million in savings ($106 million increase YOY), while successfully mitigating 176 supply chain risks during the pandemic.
Walter holds three degrees: an MBA from Columbia University; a Masters of Engineering from Stevens; and a Bachelors in Engineering from the United States Merchant Marine Academy.
